Cognitive disorders are also referred to as neurocognitive disorders. These include delirium, dementia (now referred to as mild and major neurocognitive disorder) and traumatic brain injuries.

  1. Mental functions are necessary for everyday life. Cognitive disorders can result in impairments to:
