Life Care Plans / Future Cost of Care Analyses

Complex injuries often lead to a need for long-term or permanent care. Our life care planners determine the long-term needs of our clients and develop a detailed plan to show what services will likely be needed at the various stages of the injured person’s life. Life Care Plans also provide costs for the various services, as they are required. An actuary or economist then converts the lifetime costs into an equivalent present day cost that an individual can use for planning financial resources, and one that lawyers and insurers can use to negotiate settlements.
