Allen Gilchrist

Mr. Allen Gilchrist is a duly qualified and registered Occupational Therapist and is a member (# G0405873) in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. This therapist graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2002 with a B.A. from the faculty of Applied Health Sciences. This therapist also graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a M.Sc. in Occupational Therapy in 2004. He holds the following certifications: ARCON Evaluator, Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) provider, AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th Edition. Other continuing education includes completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Certification Courses offered by Brock University in association with the Ontario Brain Injury Association, completion of Neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) and Canadian Bobath introductory courses, and attendance at conferences focused on neurobehavioural rehabilitation and cognitive rehabilitation for acquired brain
injury.
