Jackie Yates-Cohen

Jackie Yates-Cohen graduated with Honours in Physical Therapy from University of Toronto in 1995. Prior to that, she graduated from Guy’s Hospital, School of Physiotherapy, London, England, in1982 with a Diploma from the Royal Society of Physiotherapy. Since graduating from University of Toronto, she has specialized in the areas of Musculo-skeletal and neurological disorders. She has extensive experience in functional testing, assessment and treatment of clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, injured workers, post-operative clients employers as well as injured athletes.
She has extensive experience in performing physical demands analysis of jobs in a wide variety of employment settings, both in the public and private settings and using this knowledge to assist injured clients reintegrate into the work place. In this role she also has specialised knowledge in workplace modifications and job coaching to assist workers in a successful and safe return to work.
She has completed as well as taught numerous post graduations course in her area of her specialisation.
She has been called as an expert witness.
In her spare time Jackie enjoys playing golf and is an avid runner. She is the proud grandmother of three granddaughters.
