Dr. Melvine Baird is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is a member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). She holds certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP).
She has completed the requirements as a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (CCLCP) through the International Commission on Healthcare Certification (ICHCC), and completes Life Care Plans for individuals with a variety of clinical conditions including, chronic pain, orthopaedic injuries, spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. She has experience both in the motor vehicle sector and medical malpractice.
Melvine has completed the Case Management Certification Program through McMaster University as well as the Mental Health First Aid Certification through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. She has a case management practice focusing on individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries and has experience working with individuals of all ages with a variety of clinical backgrounds. She has experience working with individuals with chronic pain, multiple orthopaedic trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations and acquired brain injuries.
Melvine also conducts Independent Examinations and File Reviews.
Melvine is a certified spin instructor and in her spare time, she enjoys teaching spin classes, cycling, kayaking, knitting, gardening, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
